 JIEMING WANG, P.E., PRESIDENT
As a founding partner and President of LMW Engineering Group, Mr. Wang oversees all operations of the company. His hands-on approach allows LMW to guarantee all of its clients the attention their projects are due. Since starting LMW in 1998, Jieming has personally managed numerous projects. As President, Jieming Wang has lent his experience and consultation to projects for both governmental agencies as well as the private sector.
Prior to LMW, Mr. Wang spent over eight years as a Sr. Project Engineer with a well-known engineering firm. During his tenure, Jieming was appointed by the renowned TNO Organization of Holland as its North American Representative. In this role, he promoted TNO’s vast technical know-how in the field of deep foundation engineering.
With the experience afforded him through the promotion of FPDS testing equipment, public and private engineering projects and extensive knowledge in both geotechnical field and foundation design, Mr. Wang is a valuable asset to the clients he serves.
 BABAR IMTIAZ, P.E. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
In his role as Director of Operations, Mr. Imtiaz supervises and coordinates all field operations. He personally maintains communications between the staff engineers in the field and the clients on a daily basis. Babar’s involvement with the clients provides them with the design consultation required to provide solid engineering decisions and cost effective results.
Mr. Babar Imtiaz received his MS at the University of Illinois. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Deep Foundation Institute.
HASHEM KHASAWNEH, SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
As Sr. Structural Engineer, Hashem has a well-rounded academic background and design experience in structural engineering. Since joining LMW, he has been involved in and supervised various design projects.
Mr. Hashem is responsible for structural analysis, design, and evaluation of new and existing buildings, as well as permanent and temporary soil structures using Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design Packages.
